Policy & Returns
We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive as fresh and delicious as possible. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK only), with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days from ordering as everything is baked fresh to order. We endeavour to get all orders out as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.
We strive to deliver our baked goods in the best possible condition. However, due to the nature of postal delivery, we cannot guarantee that products will arrive in perfect condition. While we package our items securely, minor damage may occur in transit, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for this reason.
Our products are made in an environment where allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy are present. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should consider this before placing an order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong items or a missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be considered at our discretion.
Orders can not be cancelled or amended as all items are baked fresh to an order. Once your order has been prepared or dispatched, we are unable to make changes or offer cancellations.
Please note in hotter weather the bakes may arrive melted or soft, please bear this in mind when placing your order.
